WATER STATIONS

There are 25 fully-staffed aid stations at each mile featuring water.  Electrolyte Stations are located at every odd number mile beginning at Mile 3.  Ultima Replenisher Red Raspberry will be provided at the Electrolyte Stations.  At the Water Stations featuring both products, electrolyte tables will be first, followed by water.  Participants are advised to continue moving through the Water Station if the first tables are too crowded, to conveniently obtain fluids.  CLIF SHOT® Energy Gels will be available for participants just prior to Water Station 20.

Medical vans are staged at miles 6, 9, 10, 12, 14,  16, 18, 20, 22, and 24.  Medical tents are located at the Finish Line and in the Post Food & Fluid Area on Ocean Ave in Santa Monica.  A massage tent is also located at the Finish Line.  All treatment will be provided by licensed professionals including physicians, nurses, therapists and medical trainers.
