These four-week final tune-up plans, available in beginner, intermediate and advanced, were developed by elite coach Andrew Kastor and wife, Olympic marathoner Deena Kastor. The plans coach in real time based on the runner’s heart rate and offer training and racing tips designed specifically for the ASICS LA Marathon.
