Whether you are looking to support a specific runner or looking to cheer on the masses at the ASICS LA Marathon, we have all the information you need to prepare for race day viewing along the course!

SPECTATOR ZONES

BEVERLY HILLS CHEER ZONE
Location: Little Santa Monica Blvd and N. Crescent Drive
Time: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

Come join in the fun and see your runner at this community Cheer Zone that will feature live music, food and beverage sampling, and product giveaways!

ASICS SUPPORT YOUR MARATHONER
Location: Mile 8 in Silver Lake – Griffith Park Blvd and Sunset Blvd
Location: Mile 17 in Beverly Hills – Wilshire Blvd and Rodeo Dr
Location: Mile 22 in the Veterans’ Administration – Bonsall Ave and Eisenhower Ave
Time: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm at all locations

ASICS has three video boards located along the course that will broadcast videos, photos, and text messages from friends and family to the runners during the race. Submit your message of encouragement in early 2015 at supportyourmarathoner.com.

ENTERTAINMENT CENTERS

Information on entertainment centers along the ASICS LA Marathon course will be updated in March.

GETTING TO THE FINISH

Spectator Parking
Spectators looking to reserve a parking space in Santa Monica near the finish line should select "LA Marathon (Spectators)" from the options listed Here.  Spectator parking lots open at 7:00 am.

Bus Hub
To make taking public transit to/from Santa Monica easier on race day, the Big Blue Bus will offer all transit service from a single Bus Hub on 11th St between Olympic Blvd and Colorado Ave. All Big Blue Bus lines that operate in Santa Monica on Sundays will stop here (a map will be published in March).

Metro will provide a free shuttle to and from the Expo Line Culver City Station for those looking for an easy connection to/from Downtown LA.

Bike Valet
The City of Santa Monica will provide a Bike Valet from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm at both the Bike Center on 2nd St at Colorado Ave and on Ocean Ave at Tongva Park.

SPECTATOR VIEWING BY TRAIN

Find a list of the best viewing areas accessible by Metro trains. Visit Metro for train timetables and other public transportation options.

Chinatown Gold Line Station — MILE 2
Board a Gold Line trainand exit Chinatown. Walk one block south to College St and turn right. Walk one block to Spring St and turn left. Walk one block to Alpine St.

Union Station Red Line Station — MILE 2
Board a Red Line train and exit Union Station. Walk across Alameda St onto Los Angeles St. Walk through LA Plaza Park to Main St.

Little Tokyo/Arts District Gold Line Station — MILE 3
Board a Gold Line train and exit Little Tokyo/Arts District. Walk one block west on 1st St.

Civic Center Red Line Station — MILE 3
Board a Red Line train and exit Civic Center. Walk toward 1st St.

Vermont/Santa Monica Red Line Station — MILE 8
Board a Red Line train and exit Vermont/Santa Monica. Walk .7 miles east on Santa Monica Blvd to Sunset Blvd.

Vermont/Sunset Red Line Station — MILE 8
Board a Red Line train and exit Vermont/Sunset. Walk two blocks east toward Virgil Ave.

Hollywood/Western Red Line Station — MILE 9
Board a Red Line train and exit Hollywood/Western. Walk out to Hollywood Blvd.

Hollywood/Vine Red Line Station — MILE 10
Board a Red Line train and exit Hollywood/Vine. Walk out to Hollywood Blvd.

Hollywood/Highland Red Line Station — MILE 11
Board a Red Line train and exit Hollywood/Highland. Walk out to Hollywood Blvd.

Santa Monica — FINISH LINE
Board an Expo Line train and exit Culver City.  Metro provides a shuttle from the Culver City Station to the Bus Hub in Santa Monica on 11th St between Olympic Blvd and Colorado Ave.
