If you are planning on taking a pre-race Shuttle from Santa Monica, you must reserve your space now!
Parking is selling fast, if you don’t pre-buy parking, you will not be able to park in City of Santa Monica lots.
The City owned parking lots have convenient access to the Finish Line and shuttle pick up location and are now available for advance sales. Parking will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis with the closest lots to the shuttle and finish area being sold first.
ARRIVE EARLY! Even though you are pre-paying your parking it is still important to arrive early. The last shuttle bus leaves for Dodger Stadium at 6am. Please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time to allow for enough time to park and walk to the shuttle pick up area.
Your paid reservation receipt will provide specific driving directions to the lots and walking directions to the shuttle pick-up location adjacent to the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium.
Purchase your parking permit online and be guaranteed a space. These reservations are only for runners who will be using the shuttle system. There are no in and out privileges with these reservations.
All City of Santa Monica-owned parking facilities will be closed overnight between Saturday March 20 and Sunday, March 21. Only those who have pre-purchased parking will be allowed access to the location specified on the parking pass. On Sunday March 21st many Downtown Parking Structures will be closed until 7:00 AM to allow for parking for spectators later in the day. Additionally, please keep in mind that Santa Monica has extensive residential preferential parking regulations which prohibit or limit parking in residential neighborhoods. The City of Santa Monica strongly encourages you to pre-purchase your L.A. Marathon parking to ensure you have a place to park and are able to catch the shuttles to Dodger Stadium.
