About the Justin Turner Foundation
In 2016, Justin Turner and his wife created the Justin Turner Foundation, whose mission is to support homeless veterans and children (and their families) battling life-altering illnesses. During the past two off seasons, Turner has organized the annual Justin Turner Golf Classic in his efforts to support the Los Angeles Dream Center’s Veterans Home. Through his efforts, the Dream Center is able to house over 26 veterans.  Additionally, since its founding, the Justin Turner Foundation has provided over ten thousand toys and two thousand bicycles to children in the Los Angeles area through its holiday giving efforts. Justin also partners with the 17Strong Foundation, which is built on giving patients that are recovering from a life-altering illness a victory trip of their choice, and is working with the Yokota Air Base in Fussa, Japan to help create a softball league for U.S. military children. Turner frequently schedules his own visits to CHLA, Cedars-Sinai, and Mattel Children’s Hospital to spend time with patients and assist many veterans at the the Los Angeles Dream Center.
