When is the Spring Sale?

The sale starts at 12:00am PT on Tuesday, April 26 and runs through 11:59pm PT on Thursday, April 28.

What is on sale during this time?

All McCourt Foundation Events are open and on sale for this event for the lowest price of the year and will increase after the sale: - 2023 Los Angeles Marathon (on sale for $159 from regular price of $169) - 2023 LA Big 5K - 2023 Charity Challenge Half Marathon - 2023 Rose Bowl Half Marathon & 5K - 2022 Santa Monica Classic 5K & 10K - 2022 Boston Waterfront 5K - 2022 Tour de South Shore For these days ONLY you can buy into our Challenge Medals with one transaction: Conquer LA Challenge includes: Santa Monica Classic, Rose Bowl Half, Los Angeles Marathon Triple 5K Tour of LA Challenge includes: Santa Monica Classic, Rose Bowl 5K, LA Big 5K

Do I need a code to access the discounts?

No, no discount code is needed! All prices have been automatically rolled back and applied.

What if I already bought 1 of the three events in a Challenge Medal? Can I buy the other 2 in one transaction?

No. At this time you can either buy into all three in one transaction or buy each individually

Will it cost more if I buy them individually?

No, it will not cost more, the reg price & processing fee percentage is the same either way. It will take a little longer time as you will need to go through the registration process a couple of times.

I already paid for an event but want to transfer to a different distance, can I do that?

No, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or deferrals.

Can I have my current individual registrations cancelled and refunded so I can re-register for the challenge packaged registration?

NO. We are unable to refund registration fees. Registering for the challenge package is not required to get your additional medal!

Do I need to register for the challenge packaged registration to qualify for the challenge?

NO. Registering for the challenge through the packaged registration or registering for each event individually qualifies.

If I buy the events individually, how do I make sure I receive the Challenge medal?

Be sure to register with the same name, date of birth, and email address

How long are these prices available?

These prices are guaranteed for the Spring Sale days only.

Do I get a discount for registering through the challenge package registration?

No. Registration prices and processing fees are the same whether you register through the challenge package or each event individually.

Do I need to email Customer Service to be switched into the challenge registration to qualify for the challenge medal?

No. Customer Service staff will not be transferring participants into the challenge registration since it is not required to receive your challenge medal. You do not need to be registered for all three together to earn the Challenge Medals.

What do I if I registered for each event in the challenges individually but did not use the same information?

Please contact customer service with the current incorrect information on your registrations AND the correct name, email address, & date of birth you wish to update.

What is included in the Conquer LA Challenge?

How do I buy all three events in one transaction?

You can register for the events included in the Triple 5K Tour of LA or the Conquer LA Challenge in one transaction. You must click on all three events within the Active Page.

I already registered for one of these events for a higher price, can I get a refund?

No, we do not offer refunds.

Do you have Virtual options for your events?

At this time we are not offering Virtual Options for any events. Check back often to see if this has changed.

What is Team TMF and how can I join?

Team TMF (The McCourt Foundation) is our team of people who participate and fundraise in our events to support our mission to help cure neurological diseases and empower communities to build a healthier world! You can join Team TMF for any event: Los Angeles Marathon, LA Big 5K< Charity Challenge 13.1, Santa Monica Classic, Rose Bowl Half Marathon & 5K, Boston Waterfront 5K, and the Tour de South Shore. When you join Team TMF you commit to a fundraising goal and Members of receive exclusive event perks like VIP access, apparel and fundraising rewards. Team TMF members receive access to an online community of like-minded runners who share their passion for the sport and commitment to raising money for health and wellness research and programming.

Can I use a discount in addition to these prices?

No, no discounts or additional coupons may be applied.
